How to manage your Prime Tech account

Introduction

Through the client portal, you can manage your account information, security settings, billing, services, domains, and support. This guide will walk you through the process of logging into the client area and provide an overview of the various functions you can perform once you're logged in.

Logging into the Client Area

Step-by-Step Login Process

Navigate to the Login Page:


Visit Prime Tech.

Click on the login button on the top right. This will redirect you to the client area login page.


Enter Your Credentials:


On the login page, you will be prompted to enter your email address and password. These are the credentials you set up when you first registered for an account with Prime Tech.


Click 'Login':

After entering your credentials click the “Login” button to access your client area.
